What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to on-demand printing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before ordering please refer to our Sizing Chart to assure the correct size.
We will exchange if you have received the wrong item, contact us at contact@gmstbrand.com to correct your order.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Damages and defective orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for a store credit only. Please be able to provide pictures of defective items.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, AfterPay, Google Pay and ShopPay.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
How do I make changes to an order that I've already placed?
Unfortunately, all orders are finalized at the time of purchase.
How do I contact the company if I have additional questions?
We can be contacted via website through the Contact Menu or email contact@gmstbrand.com Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
PRODUCTION TIMES
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, to process your order.
During high volume order seasons, processing may be extended.
Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.
Shipping is an additional 5-7 business days AFTER your order is processed.
Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
If your order is not received within 12-14 business days, please check the tracking number first and then with your local USPS if you have a tracking number. Otherwise, send a message to contact@gmstbrand.com for an update on your order. Expect a response within 24-48 hours.
Once your package has been dispatched, GMST Brand accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to your package.
GMST Brand is not responsible for any delays with our shipping partner USPS.
